Online Bill Payment Setup Process

Online bill payment services are now available. If you would like to be able to set up a bill pay account on this system, please email us at webmaster@northeastpower.org and send us your account number and your primary email address. We must have your email address in our system before you will be able to create your bill pay account.

Once we receive your information and add your email address to your account we'll respond to let you know that you may proceed with the setup process. Please read the directions on the New User screen carefully. If you have any problems, give us a call at 662-234-6331.
