Customer Services Portal Overview

You can now use our Customer Services Portal to manage your account online. Here is a list of available features:

Payments: Make payments, Setup payment by bank draft, Manage your payment profile

My Account: Setup an e-notification for your bill, change your online password

My Alerts: Setup emails and texts to alert you when a bill is ready, paid, etc.

Services: Request levelized billing (your account must meet certain requirements)

If you already have an online account setup with us, you may begin using the portal now by going to https://bpp.northeastpower.org/oscp
and choosing a tab.
