Owners are required to provide a deed book and page
number. The membership and meter deposit on
both Owners and Renters is refundable when services are disconnected
with us.
If you are building a house and are requesting a temporary service:
If you ARE a member with us and are building a new house for your permanent residence we require $133.75.
If you are NOT a member already and you are building a new house for your permanent residence we require $183.75. This includes the $133.75 for the temporary plus a $10.00 membership and a $40.00 meter deposit.
If you are NOT a member already and you are not building for your permanent residence we require $243.75. This includes $133.75 for the temporary plus a $10.00 membership and a $100.00 deposit.
